Switch workplaces and approve customer claims, including stablecoin payments

Becoming an employee

To become an employee a business owner must send you an invitation link in email. Open the link, accept the invite, and you become an employee of that business โ€” with access to its Employee Dashboard and Customer Rewards Approval tools.

You land on the Employee Dashboard for that workplace

Your workplace dashboard

After you accept the invitation, you land on the Employee Dashboard for that business. From here you can manage customer rewards, approve stablecoin payments, check your stats, or choose "I want to quit the business" if you no longer work there.

Platform will ask you to complete account verification (name and phone) before using Manage Customers and other staff tools.

Manage Customers โ€” approving claims

Open Manage Customers from the dashboard. The page has three parts, top to bottom:

Award points by email or phone โ€” when the customer writes a phone number or email on the paid bill. Pending claims โ€” customer-started collect, redeem, and prize claims waiting for your Approve or Deny, plus stablecoin payments waiting for the network to confirm them. History โ€” past approved, denied, and awarded transactions.

Award points by email or phone

Use this when the customer does not open the app. They tell you a phone number or email, or write it on the paid bill. This awards collect points only โ€” never a redemption or prize. Points credit to that contact immediately (no Pending claim). When they later verify the same phone or email, the balance shows on their account.

At the top of Manage Customers, enter that email or phone plus the bill amount

Tap Award points to customer email or phone โ€” points credit to that contact

Pending claims

When a customer starts Collect Points, Redeem Points, a prize win, or Pay with Stablecoin from the Rewards Hub, the claim appears with a Claim # on their phone. Customer shows the Claim # to staff. Collect, redeem, and prize claims wait for your approval. A stablecoin payment stays under Pending until the network confirms it. After that, Approve or Deny it. Approve can include an optional note.

Collect points โ€” customer scans QR

The customer scans the store QR, chooses Collect Points, and enters the paid bill amount. Match the receipt to the Claim #, confirm they paid that bill, then click Done.

Staff Approve, confirm the customer paid the bill, then click Done โ€” the claim is approved only after Done

Redeem points

Redemption is customer-initiated only. Staff cannot redeem by phone or email. The customer scans the store QR, opens Redeem Points, picks a reward tier, and submits. The gift is not given until you approve and click Done.

Prize win

A prize claim shows the prize name and Claim #. If this business set a minimum purchase to play, that amount appears as Min. purchase to play โ€” check the winner's receipt meets it before you approve. If no minimum is set, you can approve without a purchase check. Approve within the claim time window.

Pay with stablecoin

If the business adds a USDT/USDC payment method in addition to its other payment methods, the customer scans the store QR, chooses Pay with Stablecoin, and sends the amount from their wallet. The payment # shows under Pending section on "Manage Customers" page. When the transfer is on the network, the row says Network confirmed and Approve and Deny buttons appear. Approve opens a dialog where you can add a note to this payment. The claim moves to History section after you approve or deny it.

After Network confirmed, staff Approve (optional note) or Deny โ€” then it moves to History

History

Below Pending claims is History. After you approve, deny, or award points by phone or email โ€” or after a stablecoin transfer is confirmed on the network โ€” the transaction moves here. The list shows the last 3 months of resolved collects, redemptions, prize wins, stablecoin payments, and referral bonuses.

Switch businesses

If you work at more than one business on this platform, open the menu (โ˜ฐ). Your current business name is shown there. Choose Switch business next to that name, then pick the workplace you are serving right now โ€” your dashboard and claims list update to that business.

Always confirm the business name on the dashboard before approving claims so points go to the correct shop.

Switching roles

You can switch to Customer (or another role you are eligible for) and earn rewards while shopping at other businesses on the platform.

Pick Customer, Business owner, or Employee

Dashboard switches to that role

To prevent fraud, owners and employees cannot collect points, redeem rewards, or play prize games at a business they own or work for. You can still use loyalty programs at every other participating shop.

Tips

  • Switch to the correct business before awarding or approving.
  • Match the receipt to the Claim # before you approve a collect.
  • For a stablecoin payment, wait until Pending claims says Network confirmed, then Approve or Deny.
  • Contact your business owner if you need access removed or a new invite.

How bill amounts become points

The amount on a paid bill converts to loyalty points 1 to 1. For example, a 10 USD purchase credits 10 points in that currency.

In dual-currency countries such as Cambodia, where bills can be paid in USD or KHR, points can be collected in either currency for convenience.

Trust and transparency

Staff, owners, and customers can download loyalty, prize-game, and stablecoin payment transactions for accounting, verification, and transparency.

  • Business owner: on Manage Customers, open the Download section, choose a period (or custom dates), then Download CSV or Download JSON. Employees do not have this section.
  • Customer: View my payments/rewards โ†’ choose a period โ†’ Download CSV or Download JSON.
